1. State Water Project Allocation Increased from 30% to 45% The Department of Water Resources raised the SWP allocation from 30% to 45%. Staff explained this was driven by two factors: recent storms had less impact than expected (allowing higher exports), and Oroville Reservoir storage was permitted by the Army Corps to remain above its flood curve, retaining more water. Updated balance sheets reflecting this increase were included in the water conditions report.
