Kings River Water Supply Is Limited — No Additional Entitlement Expected This Year Pine Flat Reservoir is storing approximately 84,900 acre feet, with net water available for delivery at 74,021 acre feet (about 57% capacity). The district has earned 27,237 acre feet in entitlement for this water year and does not anticipate earning any additional water. Coordinator Run #1 deliveries begin May 15 at Pine Flat, taking roughly 5–7 days to reach the complex. An excavator will be staged at the Empire Division on Friday to clear any vegetation issues before water arrives.
