1. The Sphere of Influence / Annexation Action Item Was Pulled from the Agenda Item 11A — a resolution to find that MCWD's Sphere of Influence Amendment and Annexation for multiple Monterey County parcels is categorically exempt from CEQA and to direct staff to file with LAFCO — was removed before the board could vote. General Manager Bramley Scherzinger stated the district received correspondence regarding the item and that staff needed time to address those comments. The matter will be re-agendized at a future meeting, so interested members of the public/property owners in the affected parcels (APNs in the 031-151, 031-261, and 031-152 series) should watch for the rescheduled item.
