No allocation at this time MCWD is its own GSA and it operates under voluntary pumping agreements established in the early 1990s with restrictions of 6,600 AFY for Ord Community, 3,020 AFY for Central Marina, 920 AFY for Armstrong Ranch, and 500 AFY for RMC Lonestar property, while maintaining regulatory authority under SGMA to implement formal allocations if needed to achieve groundwater sustainability by 2040/2042. The district currently manages demand through conservation programs and supply diversification rather than formal allocations, with any future restrictions determined through board meetings and GSA coordination processes following SGMA monitoring requirements.
