No allocation at this time Aliso Water District is its own GSA. The Delta-Mendota Subbasin has not implemented groundwater allocations yet but has committed to a backstop allocation of 0.25 acre-feet per acre if minimum thresholds are exceeded and other management actions fail. The GSAs have established policies to be proactive rather than reactive, with pumping reduction plans, monitoring systems, and a $300,000 well mitigation fund in place to avoid reaching the point where allocations would be triggered.
