Staff indicated the district would provide meters, while growers are responsible for ongoing maintenance (calibration, battery replacement). Staff selected Symmetrix based on accuracy performance validated by Cal Poly research, Buy American compliance, and compatibility with the existing turnout meter infrastructure.
