1. Regional Water-Management MOU Restatement Previewed In reviewing the proposed November 3 board agenda, the Executive Committee discussed a consent-calendar item to authorize execution of a restated memorandum of understanding for the Coachella Valley Integrated Regional Water Management Plan. Staff said the agreement dates to around 2008. The restatement consolidates prior amendments and removes Valley Sanitary District at its request. Staff characterized the change for Desert Water Agency as minor; the committee did not approve or formally recommend the item.
