1. Well Mitigation Program Moving Forward with Self Help Enterprises The board approved an agreement with Self Help Enterprises to administer the GSA's well mitigation program. Self Help will receive and review applications from landowners with impacted domestic wells, provide emergency interim water supplies (up to 12 months), and develop recommendations for long-term mitigation (e.g., new well installation). The program was noted as having a $300,000 line item in the recent operating budget, and MID's staff is assisting with public outreach to get the program launched quickly.
