1. Napa River Phase 3 Flood Wall Sparks Major Neighborhood Concern — Community Meeting Requested Multiple residents from the Abajo/Riverside Drive/Tannery Row area urged the board to organize a dedicated neighborhood meeting regarding the Phase 3 flood wall project, which would run from the Hat Building to the Amola Bridge. Residents expressed serious concerns that the proposed wall — ranging from roughly 4.5 to over 6 feet tall and potentially located as close as 40 feet from front doors — would create safety hazards (blocked sight lines, graffiti, crime), cut off river access, and diminish quality of life.
