1. ETGSA Will Not Allocate Water or Charge Extraction Fees for 2026 and Beyond
With all founding member agencies (Terra Bella, Saucelito, Porterville Irrigation District, and Tule East GSA) having formed their own exclusive GSAs and posted on the SGMA portal, the Eastern Tule GSA no longer has jurisdiction over irrigated lands. As a result, ETGSA will not be allocating any water for the 2026 water year and will not impose groundwater extraction fees going forward. Existing Basin Safe accounts will remain accessible for viewing historical data through October 1st, but no new trading or transfers will be processed.
