1. College Lake Water Treatment Plant Operational and Producing Water The College Lake Integrated Resources Management Project is now operating in its testing and startup phase and delivered 670 acre-feet of water during that phase in 2025. The facility successfully completed extensive equipment training, flushing of 6 miles of pipeline without water waste, and began delivering water during its testing and startup phase. The plant includes advanced fish screening, raw water pumps, and treatment capabilities that will significantly augment the agency's water supply to coastal distribution customers.
