1. Board Entered Closed Session The board entered closed session on three existing litigation matters: Rosedale-Rio Bravo Water Storage District et al. v. Kern County Water Agency et al.; Bring Back the Kern et al. v. City of Bakersfield et al.; and Mass X, Inc. v. Kern County Water Agency et al. The closed-session matters also included two potential suits and price-and-terms negotiations involving State Water Project water with the California Department of Water Resources and State Water Project contractors, and the Rio Bravo Hydroelectric Project with Nickel Resources LLC and Olcese Water District.
