1. Board Voted to Join a Single, Sub-Basin-Wide GSP The Tule Sub-Basin policy group is recommending all GSAs consolidate into one Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP), modeled after the successful Kern and Delta-Mendota basins that have already received state approval. The board approved participation in this single-GSP approach. A detailed scope of work, cost estimate, and schedule will be brought back at the May board meeting for further action.
