1. The Board Adopted the Draft Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) The board approved the district's own draft GSP, which has been prepared by Ludorff & Scalmanini. TBID's annual pumping cap is set at 0.27 acre-feet per acre, which staff noted is more than sufficient since the district pumps well under 300 acre-feet per year. The adopted GSP will be posted on TBID's website for public review and will eventually replace the Eastern Tule GSA's GSP entry on the DWR website, giving TBID its own standalone plan. Staff emphasized that TBID is not considered a contributing factor to subsidence problems in the sub-basin.
