Domestic Well Mitigation Program Now Operational - The GSA has finalized an agreement with Self Help Enterprises to implement a comprehensive well mitigation program for domestic wells affected by groundwater level declines. This turnkey program includes a 800 number for reporting dry wells, emergency water supplies, well investigations, and coordination on solutions like well replacement, rehabilitation, or municipal connections.
