Groundwater Basin Remains Healthy — No Risk of Running Out of Water General Manager Dana presented the 2025 Urban Water Management Plan, which compares available water supplies against projected demands over the next 20–25 years. The good news for growers: the groundwater basin is in strong shape. A slight deficit is projected for 2045, but only because of water quality targets in the MOUs and master plan — not due to actual supply shortages. The plan was adopted by the Board via Resolution 2026-14.
