1. Groundwater Conditions Continue to Improve Across Basin January monitoring data showed continued positive trends with most wells above sustainable management criteria thresholds. The Arvin GSA network showed stable to increasing groundwater levels throughout, with southern wells approaching measurable objectives. Wheeler Ridge Maricopa GSA wells remained above objectives, with key monitoring well RMW232 now approximately 30 feet above the minimum threshold. No minimum threshold exceedances were recorded basin-wide.
