1. O'Neill Pumping Plant Recommissioning Window Will Temporarily Cut Canal Deliveries (September 23–24) A transformer rehabilitation at O'Neill Pumping Plant is nearing completion, but recommissioning all units will require a roughly 28–30 hour window starting at noon on September 23 through the afternoon of September 24. During that period, approximately 3,200 CFS will flow through O'Neill while Jones will operate at only about four units, leaving just 400–500 CFS available for canal demands. All upper DMC users and Mendota Pool diverters should coordinate with authority staff and plan accordingly for the short-term supply reduction.
