With exchange returns decreasing (less water going back to partner districts), plus reallocation of standby acres and incoming Tier 2 unrescheduled water (~1,700 acre-feet), the final allocation is expected to land around 1.1 acre-feet per acre. Growers should plan accordingly and ensure meters are current.
