1. Board adopts 2026 Local Hazard Mitigation Plan The board voted 4-0 to adopt TID’s updated Local Hazard Mitigation Plan. The plan addresses drought, earthquakes, flooding, wildland fire, extreme weather, poor air quality, debris flows, public health emergencies and aquatic invasive species. Maintaining an adopted plan supports eligibility for certain federal and state mitigation grants. Post-disaster public assistance does not require the plan.
