Westside Water District Requests Full Board Seat The board discussed a request from Westside Water District to split their currently shared board seat with Maxwell Irrigation District into two separate full-time seats. The board discussed having legal counsel bring back a proposed JPA amendment and related process, and asked staff to contact Maxwell Irrigation District regarding its position, with the intent to revisit the item and hear from Maxwell and Westside’s manager at a future meeting. Any amendment would require a two-thirds vote of member agencies to approve.
