Four Priority Projects Identified for Department of Conservation Review in April 2026 The committee announced that four proposed MLRP projects will be submitted to the California Department of Conservation (DOC) for review in April: Pastajero (groundwater recharge, ~$7.6M total / $5M requested), Los Gatos (groundwater recharge, ~$5M requested), Westside Community Cooling and Resilience Center (solar + battery storage in Five Points, ~$190K requested), and Section 21 Recharge (50-acre recharge pond, ~$400K requested). These were scored by the steering committee and identified as the proposed priority projects to be submitted to DOC.
