1. Board approves $410,880 Rim Ditch reconstruction The board approved a master services agreement with Lonnie A. Cross Land Leveling and Task Order #1, authorizing up to $410,880 to rebuild approximately half a mile of the Rim Ditch’s east bank south of the Drain Canal. Erosion has widened the canal and narrowed the bank, making equipment access unsafe when wet. The shutdown-period work will use material dredged earlier from along the Drain Canal and compacted fill to restore the canal prism while maintaining capacity.
