Groundwater Use Fee True-Up Invoices Mailed Groundwater Use Fee True-Up Invoices were mailed on March 23, 2026, reflecting the final annual accounting for groundwater use during the 2025 Reporting Period (November 1, 2024 – October 31, 2025). Each invoice packet includes a cover letter, a Groundwater Use Usage Statement summarizing your reported data and calculations from the Groundwater Accounting Platform (GAP), the True-Up Invoice itself reflecting any remaining balance due, and a flyer with upcoming in-person support sessions. Payment and any appeals or modification requests are due by May 7, 2026 (45 days from mail date) — please include your Water Account # with any payment. If you believe your usage data is inaccurate or wish to contest the final amount, a request must be submitted to ETS GSA by that same deadline.
