1. Phase 2 Monitoring Well Construction Contract Awarded The board approved a $435,000 construction contract with Living Water for Phase 2 of the Representative Monitoring Network, which will add 10 dedicated monitoring wells. The bid was below the $750,000 total project budget, leaving room for construction management, data loggers and dashboard connectivity. Seven contractors bid, and the two lowest bids differed by about $950. Staff will begin planning Phase 3, potentially another 10–12 wells, and consider it during next year’s budget process.
