The KNDLA's demand management ad hoc committee has held multiple meetings and has another scheduled, working with Provost & Pritchard to explore options for the basin. Topics under review include how to define irrigated land, native yield, imported water, water transfers, ramp-down policies, de minimis user definitions, and exemptions. No decisions have been made yet — this is Phase 1 (information collection), and a more detailed update with potential next steps is expected at the next board meeting.
