1. The GSP 5-Year Periodic Evaluation kicks off next month — growers should pay attention and submit comments early. GSI Water Solutions will present draft chapters at the September 15 and October board meetings, with the board targeting final approval in November to meet the January submission deadline to DWR. A dedicated webpage is now live on the SABGSA website with a community outreach flyer, the review schedule, and a section where draft chapters will be posted as they become available. Public comments are being accepted throughout the process — written comments can be submitted to Executive Director Stephanie Bertoux at any time; growers do not need to wait for the full draft to be published in late October.
