1. Supplemental Water Available — Letters Coming Soon The district is working with North Kern to bring in approximately 2,000 acre-feet of supplemental water. Once cost details are finalized, letters will be sent to landowners. The water will be offered on a pro-rata basis by acreage, so every landowner gets an opportunity to purchase a share.
