1. Board approves groundwater model review The board approved approximately $20,000 as CID’s expected one-third share of an approximately $63,000 review by consultant EKI. EKI will evaluate the groundwater model developed by MAGSA’s consultant, Tetra Tech, for the Aquaterra project. Staff wants to assess potential effects on CID and neighboring districts. This is a review of an existing model, not approval to develop a new one.
