The State Water Resources Control Board considered whether to grant exclusion requests from eight GSAs in the Sub-basin from probationary reporting and fee requirements. The Sub-basin was placed on probation approximately three years prior due to inadequate groundwater sustainability plans. Two GSAs in the basin had previously been granted exclusions based on findings of adequate management.
