1. Priority MLRP Projects Being Submitted to the State This Month Four highest-scoring projects — most of them groundwater recharge projects plus one community resilience solar battery system — are being finalized and will be submitted to the California Department of Conservation (DOC) in April. Applicants have received and reviewed their pre-filled implementation packets, monitoring plans, and disadvantaged community engagement checklists. If submitted on schedule, DOC approval is anticipated around May 2026.
