Settlement Agreement in Canal Litigation Approved The Board unanimously approved entering into a settlement agreement in a canal litigation matter in closed session. Chairman Dennis Townsend was authorized to execute the agreement, which will be made available to the public once it is approved by the other party. This addresses existing litigation involving the GSA.
