Annual Report Nearing Final Submission — Feedback Needed This Week The 2025 Annual Report is in final draft form and is targeted for submission to the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) by March 27, ahead of the April 1 deadline. Surface water use numbers were updated in the final draft, and the report notes that declining storage and groundwater pumping figures are likely overestimated, meaning actual conditions are somewhat better than reported. TAC Chair Michael Cooke asked all member agencies to submit any final comments within the next week via the shared SharePoint link so the consultant team can finalize and submit on time.
