1. Draft groundwater plan documents are open for comment through October 26 The draft Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) Periodic Evaluation and Plan Amendments were released in mid-September and are available online. The draft evaluation finds the sub-basin on track to meet its sustainability goals by 2042, with groundwater conditions above measurable objectives through water year 2025. Staff requested comments specifically about proposed Local Management Levels (LMLs) by October 14 for inclusion in materials prepared for SHAC. Those comments, like other comments on the drafts, remain welcome through October 26.
