1. Warning Letters Sent to Non-Compliant Well Owners — Deadlines Are Now Active SABGSA mailed certified warning letters to Tier 3 landowners (those who have never registered their wells) on July 13, 2026. Recipients have 30 days to submit the Well Registration Form and 60 days to submit the Flow Meter Installation & Calibration Compliance Form. Each letter included a custom parcel map. Tier 2 warning letters (for landowners who registered but haven't submitted required compliance forms) are being customized; staff will report back at the next Board meeting and will send letters in groups as they’re ready. If no response is received, the next step is a formal Notice of Violation.
