1. Special Board Meeting Scheduled for December 9, 2025 A special board meeting will be held on December 9th to replace one regularly scheduled December meeting, and the December 16th meeting is being cancelled. The meeting will include acceptance of the annual audit report for fiscal year 2024-25 from Vasquez and authorization to execute Amendment 7 of the Dryer Purchase Program (Yuba Water) with the Department of Water Resources. This amendment extends the water purchase program for several years and establishes pricing for the next five years when conditions allow water to be sold through the Yuba Accord.
