1. Draft GSP Periodic Evaluation and Plan Amendments releasing for public review — comment period runs through September 30, 2026. The draft Groundwater Sustainability Plan Periodic Evaluation and Plan Amendments will be posted on the Wyandotte Creek GSA website early next week, with an email notification sent to all constituents and board members. Comments can be submitted via an online form on the website. This is not a formal public comment period like the original 2022 GSP process, but all comments received will be compiled, summarized, and attached to the final documents when they come back to the board in November for review and possible adoption.
