Bay-Delta Plan Public Hearing Set for October 28–29 The State Water Board released a final version of the proposed Bay-Delta Water Quality Control Plan update, which includes a proposed unimpaired-flow approach. How potential curtailments for in-Delta water users would be calculated remains unresolved; the implementation methodology is expected to take one to three years after adoption. North Delta Water Agency submitted comments on September 18. At the October 28–29 public hearing, which may extend to October 30, individual speakers can request a speaker card and receive three minutes to comment.
