The City of Ukiah will pay in two $250,000 installments — the first deposited into escrow (timing discussed as later this month), with the second potentially coming shortly after the city's fiscal year budget is approved (timing was discussed as possibly July/August, but not certain). Until close of escrow, lease payments of $4,257/month were discussed. This sale revenue is a critical component of keeping Willow's water rates lower; without it, rate increases would have been significantly higher.
