No Groundwater-Specific Business Was Conducted at This Meeting Although this session simultaneously convened the Napa County Groundwater Sustainability Agency (GSA) along with several other county bodies, no agenda items specifically addressed groundwater sustainability, SGMA implementation, fees, allocations, or well monitoring. Growers should note that the Board Chair did reference attending a CSAC SGMA working group where other counties' fee rollouts and implementation challenges were discussed, but no Napa County SGMA/GSA fee actions were on this agenda.
