1. Water Year 2027 Allocation Remains Unchanged — No Changes for Growers The board approved Resolution No. 2026-03, keeping the Water Year 2027 groundwater allocation the same as the prior year: 9 inches (0.75 acre-feet/acre) of tiered water and 10 inches (0.83 acre-feet/acre) of native yield. Staff and the Advisory Committee found no data to justify a change. However, staff noted that conditions are trending drier, not wetter, and sensitivity analyses show potential stress on water availability in the 2030–2033 timeframe. The Advisory Committee recommendation kept the emergency ordinance fee at approximately $10 to help maintain reserve levels for well mitigation costs.
