GSA Successfully Exits State Water Board Intervention - The Kern Non-Districted Land Authority (KNDLA) achieved a major milestone when the State Water Board voted to approve their revised Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) and send it back to the Department of Water Resources (DWR) for final review. This removes the GSA from state intervention status and puts them back on the path toward local groundwater management control.
