Spring 2026 groundwater readings show an average depth to water of 173.3 feet, a 2-foot improvement over last spring's 175 feet. This is the shallowest spring reading since approximately 2014 (176 feet), down from a low of 210 feet in fall 2020. Staff emphasized this trend supports the GSA's case to the State Water Board that the sustainability plan is working, even if progress is gradual.
