IID generated approximately 714,000 acre-feet of conservation in 2025, pushing cumulative conservation past 9.15 million acre-feet since 2003. However, in-valley agricultural water deliveries dropped to just 2.187 million acre-feet—the lowest figure in IID's records going back to at least 1993. Staff noted that 100% of water orders were fulfilled, but the low delivery numbers reflect tough agricultural market conditions alongside strong conservation performance.
