This agreement replaces the previous Activity Agreement with San Luis Delta-Mendota Water Authority and establishes how the Northern region will function as a committee under the new JPA, including budget approvals, cost-sharing arrangements (maintaining the current 1/7 split among seven members), and administrative support. The agreement is anticipated to become effective with the next fiscal year (targeting March 1), pending final legal reviews from member agencies and execution by the new JPA.
