1. The Board approved joining a multi-GSA, single GSP effort for the sub-basin via a cost-share MOU. The Board voted to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with other GSAs in the sub-basin to pursue a single, coordinated Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP). Saucelito's cost share is approximately $67,664 if the Delano-Earlimart Irrigation District (DEID) does not participate, or roughly $59,000 if DEID joins. The Board approved the MOU recognizing that coordination is the clearest path out of state probation, with DEID's participation still uncertain.
