Second Cash Call Direction Given With Reduced Collection — $75,000 Line Item Excluded From Cash Call/Collection The committee gave consensus direction to administer the second cash call (collection targeted by end of September 2026) but to remove a $75,000 "annual report data collection" line item from the Northern budget. This item appeared to be a holdover from when individual GSP groups handled their own annual reports; that work is now done at the sub-basin level by EKI for roughly $95,000. Removing the line item drops the projected year-end cash surplus from ~$92,000 to ~$17,000, and invoicing will be consolidated into a single invoice combining both Northern and JPA cost shares.
