1. Board Adopted the 2025–2030 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) and Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP) After a public hearing with no public comments received, the Board unanimously adopted these state-required planning documents. The UWMP projects water demand and supply reliability out to at least 2045 (ACWD modeled results through 2050), finding that in normal years the district can meet 100% of customer demand. In single dry years, shortages of 2–3% are projected through 2040, and in the worst year of a multi-year drought, shortages of 8–10% are possible—but after 2040, no shortages are expected due to implementation of the Water Resources Master Plan.
