1. Parcel Allocation Map Under Review — Landowners Should Check Their Parcels Staff presented a map showing that approximately 173,000 of the GSA area's 233,000 acres currently have allocations. Yellow parcels are associated with ILRP or the dairy order, and green parcels are associated with the City of Corcoran; other mapped categories currently do not receive allocations. Staff is checking uncertain classifications, including farmed parcels that may have outdated ILRP ownership information and parcels that may be ponds rather than solar installations. The map may be amended as information is verified; the board did not approve a parcel-specific allocation change. Landowners who see a possible error should contact the GSA. Staff plans to implement allocations and then review pumping.
