The 2025 Annual Report presented by Woodard & Curran revealed that two monitoring wells in the southern part of the basin dropped below their minimum thresholds during the fall 2024 low period. While they rebounded by spring 2025, eight additional wells are in the "operational range" and trending downward toward minimum thresholds. If 5 out of 21 monitoring wells (25%) stay below minimum thresholds for two consecutive years, the GSAs will be required to consider corrective actions, which could include demand management or other actions selected by the GSAs.
